Career Support

Kyoto Women's University is famous for providing a huge advantage when starting a job search. The successful job placement rate for the graduates of March 2024 was as high as 97.6%. This is largely due to our outstanding graduates who have established strong ties with various companies. This network of alumni and employers provides new graduates with a wide range of employment opportunities. It is Kyoto Women's University’s extensive support system that maintains the above. Our Career Center plans and implements programs based on the two themes of "Knowing Yourself" and "Knowing Society," with the goal of helping students acquire the skills and abilities necessary to become active members of society in their own way after graduation. In addition, our female counselors provide individual counseling, resume and cover letter advice, interview guidance, job postings, and other services to support the career development of our students.
