Japanese Language Program (15 Weeks)

The International Center of Kyoto Women's University has newly established a Japanese Language Program starting in the fall semester of 2018. This Japanese language program is designed for students who are enrolled in or graduated from overseas universities with which Kyoto Women's University has an agreement, and who are eager to study Japanese language, culture, and society at a Japanese university, or who wish to study at Kyoto Women's University, a Japanese university or graduate school, or to work for a Japanese company in the future. The purpose is to foster the basic Japanese language skills necessary to enter Kyoto Women's University or other Japanese universities and graduate schools.
From FY2024, we have established a class for graduate students with Japanese language skills equivalent to N1 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test to develop more advanced Japanese language skills necessary for Japanese studies, etc.
